Statify collects only the minimum data required to function:
We only read your currently playing track: song name and artist. We do not access your playlists, listening history, or any other Spotify data.
We use your data solely to update your Slack status with your currently playing song. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising or any other purpose.
All OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Data is stored on Railway's infrastructure within the EU/US.
You can delete all your stored data at any time directly from the Statify Home tab in Slack using the Delete My Data button. This immediately stops syncing and removes all stored tokens and configuration.
